Prima Ballerina Shares Her Secret
Many people may not have heard of Anita Leembruggen. She is a ballet instructor that had learned the secrets of world renowned professional dancers.
Anita understands what it is like being a newbie and the feeling of self consciousness during her first ballet class.
Being a beginner can be a frightening experience. I still remember my first class. Standing in the middle of the studio not even sure if I had the right ballet attire! It was a very tense and stressful.
Being a determined person, Anita had a dream of becoming a great dancer. She took extra ballet lessons to make her dream a reality.
After much hard work, she was awarded the award “Top In Dance” for both her senior years at school.
Anita kept dancing for years after school and ended up becoming a teacher herself.
One day, one of her student asked her if there’s anything that she can buy to help me get better at ballet. Being an instructor at heart, she decided to create a ballet dancing guide for beginners and advance students and she calls it The Ballet Bible.
Inside The Guide

Being a ballet student myself, I was very curious and decided to find out more.
Anita’s Ballet Bible actually has 3 components.
1) The e-book
2) Audio recordings
3) Ballet dance videos
The e-book was titled “The 3 Simple Rules of a Prima Ballerina” and it is a pdf manual with over 200 pages of content.
This guide not only shows you how to do a movement or gesture correctly, but shows you how most dancers do it incorrectly and tells you WHY.
The e-book was very easy to read and comes with lots of pictures. I actually learned some of the common mistake I made when I dance and took steps to correct it.
The audio recordings are very useful also. It is a software package that allows you to find any ballet term and learn its meaning.
Do you know how to pronounce the French terms correctly? Do you what it actually means?
With a simple point and click, I managed to learn the correct French accents for specific terms. By clicking a button, you get to hear how each term suppose to sound with concise definition and visible pronunciation guide.
One of my favorite is the Video Demonstration. There’s a collection of more than 60 videos on ballet technique.
Being able to watch how to correctly perform a Ballonce or Entrachat Quatre whenever you like, and as many times as you like, is an excellent method to reinforce proper technique.
When you run the video in slow motion, you can see so many minor movements that make a dance technique elegant and graceful.
Great For Beginner and Advance Student
All in all the Anita’s Ballet Bible package is unlike anything else I could find on the market.
It is a flexible online teaching tool that provides you with a visual model of ballet steps, exercises, and principles typically taught only in an educational setting. If you are taking ballet classes and you want to improve your techniques fast, check out Anita’s program.
